The Petition
We are Westchester Playa stakeholders concerned about massive environmental, public-health and safety impacts emanating from LAX on a daily basis as the 5th busiest airport in the United States.
Specifically:
- Impacts from LAX are already vast
- Massive new density is being proposed to our community from various fronts – SB9, SB79, other state-sponsored housing laws, ED-1 and LA’s Housing Element
- We believe added density will exponentially compound current and significant threats from LAX
- I am personally signing below to support a two-mile radius study of LAX impacts and to support a protective overlay for the same area
